- Enter SPAM Expert dashboard via client area. If user not familiar may refer to guideline (How To Enter SPAM Expert Dashboard).
2. User may now lead to a page which list down all recent quarantine incoming mail.
- Find the false positive quarantine email and click on drop down selection of the email which available on left hand side of the email transaction.
- Select “Release” option and it shall deliver by system to intended recipient in a second.
